Appointr

Our own scheduling engine. Stripe payments. Cash welcome.

Bookings and payments,
without the bullshit.

Appointr runs your salon’s calendar and your money in one place. Clients book on the web in seconds, you get paid your way (cash, card, or Tap to Pay on your iPhone), and no-shows finally cost them, not you.

Up and running in an afternoon

Three steps between you and a calendar that pays for itself.

1

Set up your schedule

Add your services, staff, and working hours. Availability, conflicts, and booking emails are handled by our own in-house scheduling engine. No external calendar, no homemade hacks.

2

Share your booking link

Clients book from any phone browser, no app to install, ever. By default there’s no card and no payment step, so nothing scares off a first-time client.

3

Get paid your way

Take cash at the till, send an online checkout, or Tap to Pay on your iPhone. Every payment is tracked, whether or not it runs through Stripe.

Everything you need. Nothing you don’t.

One calm product that owns your calendar and your payments end to end, and bends to how you already run your shop.

Real scheduling

Availability, slot generation, conflict detection, and booking emails, all powered by our own in-house engine. We own the calendar, so there’s no external dependency to break.

Tap to Pay

Your iPhone is the card terminal. Powered by Stripe Terminal, no reader to buy, charge, or lose.

No-show protection

Optionally store a card at booking and set your own deposit, cancellation window, and no-show fee. It charges automatically, and it’s off by default so the door stays open for new clients.

Zero installs for clients

Booking, rescheduling, and payment happen on a mobile-friendly web page. Your clients never download anything.

Cash is first-class

Take cash, card, or online, your call per business. Skip Stripe entirely if you want. Every dollar is still recorded, so your books always match your bank.

Your day at a glance

A deliberately simple mobile app: today’s bookings in a clean list, and Tap to Pay to charge on the go.

While you’re mid-appointment, the Appointr AI answers your texts and web chat, understands what the client wants, and books, reschedules, or cancels for them. When it can’t help, it hands the conversation straight to you instead of guessing.

Questions, answered

Do my clients need to install an app?

No, and they never will. Clients book through a mobile-friendly web link: pick a time, confirm, done. Apps are a conversion killer for first-time clients, so there isn’t one.

Do clients have to pay or save a card to book?

Not by default. Most bookings ask for nothing but a name and contact, and the client pays in person. You can optionally turn on a deposit, full prepayment, or a card on file for no-shows, but that’s your call, off unless you switch it on.

How does no-show protection work?

It’s an optional Pro feature that needs Stripe connected. When you turn it on, a card is saved at booking and your chosen fee is charged automatically if a client no-shows or cancels late. No awkward phone calls. Leave it off and bookings never ask for a card.

What do I need for Tap to Pay?

Just your iPhone. Tap to Pay runs on Stripe Terminal: the client taps their card or phone on yours and the payment settles into the same Stripe account as your online payments.

Can I accept cash?

Yes. Cash and manual card payments are first-class, and you can skip Stripe entirely to run a pay-in-person shop. Whatever the method, every payment is recorded against the booking, so your reports and your bank always agree.

What is the AI Receptionist?

An AI that answers your texts and web chat, understands what the client wants, and books, reschedules, or cancels for them, handing off to a human when it can’t help. It launches as a paid add-on after the core booking and payments experience ships. Voice comes later.
